Doug Terry is a NCRE certified instructor and team lead for Terry Sowell Real Estate Group at Keller Williams Connected in Fort Mill SC. Doug started his real estate career in 2018 as a residential broker in North Carolina.

Doug has taught various real estate programs over the course of his association with Keller Williams. He is a KW BOLD graduate and most recently served in a leadership role providing on boarding education and services to new agents. He is certified in NC Pre-licensing, Post and CE course delivery. He is part owner and Instructor of Record for Agent’s Choice School of Real Estate.

Doug has over 25years experience in adult education, delivery and course development. He retired as a Senior Partner with Korn Ferry International where he was responsible for global leadership development and consulting.

Doug graduated from Pfeiffer University with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Marketing. While in college he was an active member of the student body leadership council, editor of the Pfeiffer University year book, member of the Young Writers Club and managed the campus book store

Doug resides in Charlotte NC where his hobbies including cooking, gardening and a love for music.
